What changes the price

Six things that affect your estimate

Tell us about these when you ask for an estimate and it will be as close to the final price as we can make it.

Size and layout

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms matters most, but so do stairs. A top-floor Kemptown flat with no lift takes longer than a ground-floor flat of the same size.

Condition

A home that has been cleaned regularly is quicker to deep clean than one that hasn’t been touched in months. Be honest about it and the estimate will be accurate.

How often

Regular weekly or fortnightly cleans cost less per visit than one-offs, because the home never gets the chance to build up grime.

Extras

Ovens, carpets, inside the fridge, interior windows and linen changes add time. Adding them to a bigger clean is cheaper than booking them separately.

Parking and access

Permit zones, key collection and loading restrictions in central Brighton add time. We plan around them, and tell you upfront if they affect the price.

Timing

Same-day changeovers, evenings, weekends and peak move-out weeks in June, July and September are the busiest slots, so book early.
