What a regular clean covers
A regular weekly or fortnightly clean looks after the visible, everyday jobs: kitchen worktops and the hob, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, beds and bins. It’s about keeping on top of things, so each visit is quick and the home never gets out of hand.
What a deep clean adds
- Kitchen degreased, including cupboard fronts, tiles and the extractor
- Limescale removed properly from taps, showers, screens and tiles
- Skirting boards, doors, frames, radiators and light fittings
- Behind and under movable furniture
- Interior window sills, frames and tracks
- Optional extras such as the oven, inside the fridge, carpets and interior windows
A deep clean takes roughly two to three times as long as a regular clean of the same home, which is why it costs more.
When to book a deep clean
- Before a regular clean starts, so your cleaner begins from a clean slate
- Once or twice a year as a spring or pre-Christmas clean
- Before you sell, or before new arrivals, family visits or a new baby
- After illness in the house
- When you move into a new home
The best of both
Most of our clients book one deep clean, then move onto a regular weekly or fortnightly clean. The deep clean does the hard work once, and the regular visits stay short and affordable.
